Medical corporations from a jurisdiction outside British Columbia may decide to leave its home jurisdiction and move into BC and obtain a permit from the College.

Note: Extra-provincial registrations are no longer available under the HPA.

Corporations must meet the following requirements to be considered a medical corporation in BC:

• continue into BC under the BC Business Corporations Act
• satisfy the conditions and requirements of the HPA and Bylaws

Application processing fee: C$350 per registrant
Annual permit fee: C$135
Expiry: one fiscal year
