Medical students and postgraduate residents, trainees and fellows enrolled at the University of British Columbia (UBC) Faculty of Medicine, medical school graduates wishing to complete a clinical observership, and medical and podiatric surgeon students and postgraduate residents wishing to complete electives in BC must be registered with the College.

Anyone completing educational programs and training in BC will be registered and licensed by the College in one of the educational classes of registration per the College Bylaws.
